About us

Balanced Life Group LLC is a supportive housing and youth development program serving young adults ages 16–24 who are transitioning out of foster care, group homes, or state custody. Our mission is to provide a safe home environment, practical life skills training, and compassionate guidance that helps youth move successfully toward independence.

We believe every young person deserves stability, dignity, and real opportunities. Our homes provide structure, routine, and emotional support delivered with respect and cultural sensitivity. We work closely with DCF, schools, courts, and community partners to ensure each youth’s placement is appropriate, supportive, and aligned with their long-term goals.

Our team has decades of experience in healthcare, youth support services, and community-based care. This expertise allows us to create programs that are safe, trauma-informed, and centered on real-world readiness. Balanced Life Group focuses on empowerment, helping youth build confidence, self-awareness, and the skills needed to navigate adulthood successfully.
